Groats with vegetables: Ingredients: 1 cup Groats, 3 carrots, 3 green onions, 100 gr olives, 1/2 Chinese cabbage, vegetable oil, salt, olive oil. Preparation: carrots, olives and onions the finely chopped, smothered in a little fat for 1-2 minutes, then add the Groats with 3 cups water. Simmer until ready. Garnish with Chinese cabbage and olive oil.
